At Aemart LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Certain items such as perishables, personal care products, undergarments, or customized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

Go to Your Orders in your Aemart account.

Select the item you want to return and click “Request Return”.

Follow the instructions and choose your reason for return.

Ship the item back using the provided return label (if applicable).

Note: Return shipping charges may apply depending on the seller and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

If your return is rejected (e.g. item not in returnable condition), we will notify you and may return the item back to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will either offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund based on your preference and product availability.
